Sinane Pantara ( - 12 ABY) was a Corellian who found her way to Tatooine during her teenage years. She does not speak much about her past life, especially before she was ten, although she does hint that she was possibly involved in her cousin's smuggling operation. She later became romantically involved with Jedi Master Aurejin. However, she soon became corrupted and was transformed into a Sith Lady, Darth Pain.
For a brief time during the War of the Throne, she declared herself Empress of the Galactic Empire. She was eventually toppled by another Sith, Lorn Rhys going by the name of Darth Malus, and Vassily Korolov. She maintained a fortress on Vadimus during her rise to power, indicating she may have been linked to Aleister Vadim, the powerful ruler of Vadimus.
