The First Administrator was the head of the New Republic General Ministry. The First Administrator was charged with setting down the protocol of the Ministries, and coordinated with the Minister of State information to the Chief of State and the Inner Council.
Presently, the First Administrator is Lin Ardyom (NPC, see Del Marx).
