Count Dises Diaglo (33 BBY—) has long been both a very public, and yet private figure. His personal history or personal life is not very well known, other than that he is descended from a Coruscanti noble house which supported Palpatine.

His early professional life started in the Corporate Sector Authority as a naval officer in the CSA Picket Fleet. He showed more propensity toward politics, and he later became the CSA Representative to the CDU. He then left his career for some time before re-entering as an executive in the CSA's Media Division. He eventually rose to become Executive Viceprex of the CSA's Media Division. He had always been an loyal Imperial Citizen, but he became more vocal.
As Executive Viceprex of the CSA's Media Division , his true roots and affiliations began to show as he made several speeches and wrote several pieces on the greatness and glory of the Empire. He had connections with members of the Imperial Government, and his pieces attracted their attention. He was directly appointed the Imperial Minister of Information (Propaganda). It was rumored that his connections were deeper than what was known prior to his appointment, though these can only be validated by his sudden rise to this post in the Imperial Government .
After a re-organization of the government, Dises disappeared from the public eye and was appointed Vice Director of the Imperial Security Bureau. He later rose to be Director of the ISB, a position more directly influential than that of an Imperial Minister.

He served as Director of the ISB for some time, before being appointed as an Imperial Advisor. He was later inducted into the present Imperial Royal Court.

After the fallout of the failed plot by Danik Kreldin, Dises disappeared from the Empire, and presumably went into hiding despite not being formerly convicted of any crime of treason. He is sometimes rumored to be spotted in the Outer Rim, though apparently never stays any one place long, traveling aboard his yacht with a few trusted servants.
